I mean the fact that I'm getting the txt messages and even the emails when it detects motion is a perfect indication that the camera is connecting and working. (Green & Blue for the front label ) and (Green & Yellow on the bottom where the Ethernet port is). The lights on the AC Adapter for the camera in question are all OK. I removed the micro SD card and checked in my computer to make sure there was data and in fact there is recordings The camera in question is recording and sending message when it detects motions. I'm able to successfully ping the camera in question I also ran the Logitech powerline utility and found all my cameras and the homeplug without issues. I'm able to see all my cameras listed in my router list of connection with their IP address and I'm able to ping them all. Ping the camera, successful - DONE PING SUCCESSFUL. (also verified that my current Anti-Virus is allowing Alert to communicate based on another post I found here)Ĭheck to make sure the camera has an IP address on the network.
#Logitech alert commander problems connecting to web windows
Plugged the camera and the network adapter into the same wall outlet - DONEĭisable Windows Firewall - DONE. Reset the camera with a paper clip - DONE Unplugged everything and plugged it back in - DONE. This is a breakdown of all I've done so far: Also I can verify that my router sees it and it has an IP address which I'm also able to ping successfully. One of the cameras is not detected by alert commander even though It records and I'm getting the Text alerts and Emails when it detects motion. I just replaced my HomePlug and had to reset (paper clip) all my cameras.
